"Don’t ever get rid of Kim she is the best she is so friendly and helpful even if it just a question. She will answer all my questions even when I have to call her back if I forgot what she said , she still answers with a smile. We recently moved to Reno and she was helpful then as well. These State Farm’s here suck I with I could be back so Kim could take care of us again. Even my daughter misses her as well. Please pick up Reno so I can have my Kim back.
